Look At The Yummyness!

My Gorgeous Auntie Caroline's 60th Birthday Cake: 
That I baked myself!
It was a simple victoria sponge, filled with jam.  I then used white and dark chocolate fingers to decorate the outside of the cake, then filled the middle up with cream with a hint of icing sugar (to make sweet cream) then topped it all off with fresh strawberries and big white chocolate buttons!
I just love making these!
